Welcome to ClosetAi (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the ClosetAi mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

3.2 Billing
If you choose a paid subscription, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge you the subscription fee, plus any applicable taxes. If your subscription renews automatically, you will be charged in advance for each renewal term unless you cancel before the renewal date.
3.3 Free Trials
We may offer free trials at our sole discretion. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription, and you will be charged accordingly.
3.4 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions within the App or through the relevant app store platform. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
4.1 Image Uploads
ClosetAi allows you to upload images of yourself and garments for AI-generated composite images. By uploading images, you represent and warrant that you have the right to do so and that such uploads do not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
4.2 AI Generation
ClosetAi uses a third-party AI service to create the composite images. You acknowledge that results may vary and that we are not responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, or quality of the AI-generated content.

You retain any rights in the images you upload. By uploading images to the Service, you grant ClosetAi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, process, and display your images solely to provide the Service functionality.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or if your use of the Service is otherwise unlawful or harmful to others or to us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClosetAi and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
